CALL FOR PAPERS

Introduction and Purpose

POPAIdigital is pleased to announce it will be running a two-day summit as part of Screen Expo, Europe’s largest digital event at Olympia in Central London between 7th-8th April 2009.

During each day’s morning sessions, POPAI will provide four speaking opportunities that provide the audience with demonstrable value in terms of thought leadership, exclusivity, depth, quality, application and its relevance to each day’s theme.

In order to provide attendees with the highest commercial and learning value, POPAIdigital are issuing this call for papers to retailers, marketers, planners & buyers, advertisers, network owner/operators, practitioners and vendors from the UK and EMEA markets.

It is hoped that in issuing this call for papers, POPAI can build a class leading value-rich programme for attendees.

All we ask is that you fill in the light grey boxes on the simple form (pages 5-7) and send it to POPAIdigital for review and assessment. All submissions will be held in confidence. POPAIdigital may wish to discuss submissions in more detail prior to completion of the final selection.

The final selection will be heavily marketed in advance of the Expo in Q1 2009 across all POPAIdigital and Screen Expo marketing channels, industry trade press, web forums and PR and will include details on each selected company, a summary of the presentation content and learning outcomes plus links to the selected companies’ websites where appropriate.

Selections will be based on the provision of complementary learning and outcomes to delegates based on the theme of the day and will be assessed purely on merit by POPAIdigital whose decision will be final.
