The POPAI AGM and Meeting on 31st January 2008 at the SCI, London saw all of the working groups present a review of their achievements throughout 2007 and make clear their intentions for the P-O-P industry for the next 12 months and beyond.

Below is a summary of the Technical Group’s planned activity for 2008 presented by Andrew Hempsall, the Group’s Head. Other working group highlights can be found on their dedicated pages on this website:

A revitalised conference will feature an in-store marketing exhibition and up to two hour sessions for each of the three days in May – exact date to be confirmed. Anticipated themes include digital, environments and key materials.

This conference will go some way towards the realisation of a fit for purpose measurement for the P-O-P industry, offer practical support for POPAI members and will act as a launch pad for policy. Date to be confirmed.
