While the UK high street remains
buoyant, brands and retailers
nevertheless can’t afford to be
complacent. Better shopper
engagement and increased
sales will continue to be driven by
the in-store shopper experience,
and continually enhancing and
improving this is the challenge
ahead.
With the rise of digital
technology continuing apace,
this is one area which can
be harnessed effectively to
give shoppers the experience
they are both expecting and
demanding.
