The presentation covers what has worked and what's next, pop-ups as part of a multichannel approach and the view that as a short term solution it’s here to stay. The history of the pop-up is shown as a timeline dating back to 1999 and follows key events since. Examples are given of pop-ups with a purpose, product based pop-ups, integration with wider campaigns, pop-ups in different locations, those with a sense of anticipation, and virtual pop-ups.
