Sustainability is an increasingly important issue, both globally as well as within the retail sector. Despite the fact that the issue of sustainability has been included within retailer and brand CSR policies for some time now, legislation and guidance on sustainability has simply not been relevant to the needs of those operating within the P-O-P industry.
It has resulted in a confusing picture; with little clarity or direction, many individual interpretations
of what sustainability should mean, and approaches often being informed on a single sustainability paradigm.
This document outlines the audit requirements to obtain the POPAI Sustainability Standard (PSS).
