This presentation looks at in-store digital media and reinventing the retail space. It considers the theory that the high street is not dead, it is being reborn. It looks at the rise of multichannel and the importance of connected retail. It also introduces the concept of ‘phygital’ – pertaining to the convergence of the physical and digital worlds.
