RECREATING THE B&Q SHOPPING EXPERIENCE BY B&Q

Presented by Martin Bitmead, Head of Retail Design at B&Q this presentation looks at recreating the B&Q store proposition to become a living and breathing manifestation of B&Q as the ‘helpful home improvement company’.

The presentation covers market drivers, the scope of the project, key elements of the redesign, the importance of people, the materials and colour palette used, and imagery of the new stores.
