Vodafone leveraged a partnership with Wimbledon to achieve a grand slam in retail
stores
Vodafone
presented how a prestigious partnership gave them the opportunity to create a
retail-first, and POPAI Award winning execution for Wimbledon 2022 and then use
the learnings to go bigger and better for Wimbledon 2023 and Christmas 2023.
By
liberating the brief and not being restricted to key brand visuals, Vodafone was
able to dream big and create a show-stopping bespoke installation with the theme
of a summertime garden. The execution was well received by in store teams and
the public achieving a 146% increase in awareness of the sponsorship and made Vodafone
45% more appealing as a brand.
The
Christmas 2023 campaign brought online game characters to life in the retail
stores in the form of 3D printed elves and digital screens and actually influenced
the above the line campaign.
