Sentient stores and streaming by H-E-B

The US grocery store, H-E-B presented on how to leverage in store customer behaviour to maximise conversion and sales.

The presentation highlighted that there has never been a better time to measure instore activity due to the amount of technology available. Through the use of smart digital displays and sensors, in store messaging can be personalised to each shopper, whether to promote a personalised discount or specific product information.
