The Emotional Power of Digital Experiences: The Benetton Case by Benetton

Benetton presented on how technology can be used to engage customers and generate emotions that in turn create memories and brand loyalty.

Benetton shared examples of executions that they had used within their stores and windows to create memorable experiences for their customers. By incorporating physical engagement through the use of technology and sensors, Benetton turned their windows in to a ‘stage’ to attract attention and encourage people into their stores.
