A presentation that looks at brands that speak their customers language.

Innovative brands are communicating with their customers in a way that has real resonance. Circumventing traditional approaches, these brands are using new technologies, experiential campaigns and left-field thinking to have more memorable customer conversations.

Examples are drawn from four customer types: food connoisseurs, pet lovers, jet-setters and those with special needs.
