This presentation explores how SharkNinja is redefining in-store performance by replacing guesswork with real-time, actionable shopper data. As shopping behaviour continues to fragment across in-store, online and social commerce, the challenge is no longer driving visibility alone - but understanding what truly influences purchase decisions at shelf.
Partnering with Valley, SharkNinja introduced a new generation of smart retail displays designed to capture factual shopper behaviour. These scalable, data-led displays reveal which products shoppers interact with, how long they engage, what imagery and messaging captures attention, whether benefits are understood, and how display location impacts performance. Crucially, this insight enables brands to move from observation to action - optimising design, content, sampling, influencer activity and stock availability in real time.
The results demonstrate the power of acting fast, on fact rather than instinct. Across multiple activations - from design updates to influencer posts and in-store sampling - product interactions increased dramatically, contributing to over 6.8 million product interactions and a 238% uplift in sales. Easy to implement, globally scalable and insight-rich, the solution creates a virtuous cycle: increased interaction drives footfall, improves availability, and accelerates conversion.
