Sustainability Training Webinar

Date: Tuesday 5 May 2020 from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM

Due to current circumstances we will be delivering this training session via webinar.

Over the past few years, sustainability has moved to centre stage in the consciousness of the consumer, with their demands and expectations of retailers and brands increasing accordingly. As a result, the issue is now high on the agenda for most retail organisations, with many announcing significant new initiatives or revamping existing campaigns to boost their sustainability credentials.

POPAI has been working with proactive members in this area since 2010, when we launched our then ‘Green Project’ – leading to the development of our Sustainability Standard and environmental design calculator ConVert. Looking ahead to 2020, we are pleased to announce a major series of events and initiatives in this area. These are designed to strengthen and enrich members’ existing knowledge, equipping them with the tools to ensure their activities – wherever they are in the supply chain – are taking them towards a more sustainable future.

Sustainability is not a destination. It is a journey. One which, with consumers calling for ever-more green initiatives, all retailers, brand owners and their suppliers must take.

NEW SUSTAINABILITY TRAINING WEBINAR

This new webinar training session led by POPAI will shine a light on best practice processes to help retailers, brand owners and their suppliers work together towards a more sustainable future.

Structured around POPAI's Guide to Sustainable Best Practice, delegates will be challenged to validate their existing processes or create a tangible action plan to take back to their own business.

We’ll explore the lifecycle of P-O-P, from design, manufacture and logistics through to end-of life elements, equipping delegates with the fundamental knowledge and information to help effectively guide their efforts.
